End Civil Asset Forfeiture

Join Us for an in-depth look at Civil Asset Forfeiture!

Civil Asset Forfeiture without charges or indictment is a grievous crime in a free Republic. From guilty until never proven innocent to a complete disregard for property rights (the foundation of any free society), all the way to a direct attack on the currency of our country. Seems the “full faith and credit” of the government doesn’t protect your right to currency if you have more than $10,000 in cash. Don’t make deposits of under $10,000 to your small business account either.

This is wrong on so many accounts. There should be multi-millions of people with proverbial pitchforks marching on DC until this despicable practice is halted.

Some further reading: then please contact your Federal and State legislators and tell them, “This Must STOP!” especially in Texas where we like to believe we’re still free.

How? Civil asset-forfeiture…
