KWTP Focus on Civil Asset Forfeiture
Civil Asset Forfeiture without charges or indictment is a grievous crime in a free Republic.
From guilty until never proven innocent to a complete disregard for property rights (the foundation of any free society), all the way to a direct attack on the currency of our country. Seems the “full faith and credit” of the government doesn’t protect your right to currency if you have more than $10,000 in cash. Don’t make deposits of under $10,000 to your small business account either.
This is wrong on so many accounts. There should be multi-millions of people with proverbial pitchforks marching on DC until this despicable practice is halted.
